Refund Policy For Uplevel
We apologize if the content you purchased was not up to satisfaction. Please read the policy below to see how we might be able to help you. Please bear in mind we are a small business of honest, hardworking teachers creating content to help other teachers, not a large corporation.
If the content you purchased is not what you were expecting, or fails to function correctly, you can request, within 14 days of your purchase of the content, that Uplevel U: Music / Music Room apply a refund to your account. We reserve the right to apply your refund as a refund credit toward purchase of another course, at our discretion, depending on capabilities of our payment service providers, the platform from which you purchased your content (website, mobile or TV app), and other factors. No refund is due to you if you request it after the 14-day guarantee time limit has passed. However, if the content you previously purchased is disabled for legal or policy reasons, or if it is inaccessible due to technical reasons without notification (5 days maximum), you are entitled to a refund beyond this 14-day limit.
Content through Uplevel U: Music is considered a “forever purchase”, meaning that even if you have disabled your account, the content could be with you forever. Because of the nature of this digital content purchase, we do not fully refund a course, purely on the grounds of dissatisfaction. Instead, we take the “forever” nature of our material seriously enough to continuously improve our work, based on your Feedback Form, located at the end of each course. Users in possession of this course will then receive an email notification of this update. It's our way to clarify, expand, and provide even more value to you, the User.
However, in the cases of lack of functionality, or other issues that prevent normal use of a program, you may request a refund. Please either email Karen@musicroombuffalo.com or fill out the form using THIS LINK.
If we decide to issue refund credits to your account, they will be in the form of a one-time use coupon code toward another program on our site. Refund credits may expire if not used within the specified period and have no cash value, in each case unless otherwise required by applicable law.
At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you’ve consumed a significant portion of the content that you want to refund or if you have previously refunded the content, we reserve the right to deny your refund, restrict you from other future refunds, ban your account, and/or restrict all future use of the Services. Examples of abusive behavior include, but are not limited to, sharing of account login information, distribution of our original intellectual property (video, supplemental resources, etc.), and copyright infringement.
